We've had "the good life card" here in America for quite some time. They were handed out by the banks to anyone who could fog up a mirror.
Most came with the name "Visa" on them.

Don't know if it is a fresh or saltwater reel, however in a saltwater environment I would definitely keep it well cleaned and lubed.
