    I looked online at the Ruger Blackhawk air rifles and for under $100US they seem like they would do the trick for you.

    A step up might be be the RWS 34. RWS has been making airguns for a long time...

    They are both spring-piston guns. Mostly for plinking. The barrel serves as the cocking lever.
    For real competition accuracy you want the pre-charged pneumatic or the single-stroke pneumatic.

    I have a couple of air guns that would do the trick. The all-black one is a Beeman/Webley Tempest; the one that looks like a 1911 .45 Auto is the Beeman P1.
