    Probably just have to have it sent to Miami and have a freight forwarder send it on to Managua. CargoTrans could probably forward from CR but they're kind of pricey.

    The "we don't have change" excuse at the border is pretty funny since its $13 on one side and $14 on the other side, cash only, so those cash boxes have to have more $1s than anything else.

    No, there is no ATM on the Nicaragua side, the last one is probably in Rivas. There are money changers at the border but the rate will not be good. Also bring some small bills to make exact change...

    No reason to pay in Managua unless you like wasting time. Because it will be faster to just pay at the border. It's about $3.50 a day and they only accept USD
