    Another thing, before your electricista gets paid, walk the house with a plugin circuit tester and check for revered polarity. Do this after each repair or remodel. since wires are not color coded...

    Nic has long had a 1 camera policy or you get taxed on the second one. Many countries require photographic equipment to be registered on entry and checked on exit, just like cars.

    Cleanouts are nice, especially because they just use rebar or 1/2 pvc pipe to do the work. Doesn't really clean the pipes, it just punches a big hole thru the grease balls. Keep thinking to bring...
