Thanks, the square footage is 440 under roof... the outside under roof can be converted to inside under roof at little or no costs less than 100 bucks.

Its actually a small kitchen, bathroom... the other space has a low wall that separates the bed from the living area. An additional 100 square feet will cost you about 1200 dollars with this plan.

We are visiting SJDS next week. I would be interested in checking out your panel house. We are staying at Park Ave villas. We have some property north of town. This might be a good starting point for us to develope our land.

That would be a fine time to visit the house. I spend most of the week in the factory but Natalie lives in San Juan Del Sur and If you email me at ventas@sippaneles.com I will send you her cell number to open the place up. We are trying to pin point an open house/grand opening event possibly next Friday

The factory is 150 meters off Carretera Masaya at Kilometer 19.8 we are on the out bound from Managua side... We have a model in Masaya which if you come to the factory we will take you there
