Hi,
Regarding your aid for long term rental, I can rent to if you have no family members
abedroom with no AC, living room , bathroom and kitchen There is a washer and dryer
in that area so you would have to allow to go thru your living room and use washer .
House is located in Pacific Marlin ,SJDS, this is a beachfront property,and also you can walk to the beach / multiple steps down./Total monthly retal $ 500.
