  1. Thanks, hope Roger got the email,

    my email is easy, NetLinkDigital@hotmail.com

I check it often as I'm still working from down here.

I hope you both are feeling better, hope Roger got a tetanus shot.

Little girl is probably Yaritza, too complicated a story to tell here but will give you some good laughs over some tonas. ....She's a 13 year old campesino girl (who looks ten) who somehow managed to get into her second year of high school, was about to not be able to return this term, and we wound up "adopting" her. She is is quick, artistic, but is going to need a LOT of work, a LOOTTT of work.

This was a telenovella that played out the first week after we arrived. We knew the family, a woman with three daughters (Yaritza is the oldest) -and the usual no-account husband.

Anyway, like I say, it's a great story to be told after a couple beers.

TRN regular mail ain't working. I tried texting you, but no luck. Just got a message from a little girl when I rang the number you sent. Not much luck reaching you so far! Next Granada market is the second Sunday of March, the 10th, at Hotel La Bocona, from 10am until noon. I will post info as we approach the date onto the TRN site under EVENTS.

Third Day Back

by KeyWestPirate on 06-04-2013 at 06:09 PM
I woke this morning at 3AM to do some work for a client in Dallas, found out why my computer was giving me fan errors (I'd stuffed it with various cables,, fan couldn't turn). Re-arranged the computer station so it almost makes sense.

Jaido showed up and we left for Estelí. The larger bags I needed for the apple trees were not available in Condega, but we did successfully find them in Estelí at one of the Plastinic stores. We had a couple of less significant
