    Its not the wave from Portugal but I have a hard time believing its Popoyo as well. The water olor definitely isn't right though Outer Popoyo certainly sees waves this size every other summer or so.

    I know they have been grading and filling the road from Rivas to Salinas. I am sure this is due mostly to the Guacalito project coming in.... Mixed feelings abound in the beach communities of Tola....

    Yes it is screened for bugs but it lets in a ton of airflow. The ceiling inside is probably 30ft from ground level so hot air easily escapes. Also the 2 large screens on the leeward end of the house...
