    Don't know the exact details but see people talking about a VIP lounge at SAL Airport set up for the overnight layover. $55 for dinner, bfast, drinks, and I am assuming some space to sleep.

    My guess is that it will take yrs for the USA to get records straight from the mass vaccinations.

    Immunity Passport is sure not going to be a 2021 thing, unless you buy 1 online.
