    Thanks for these Jonh. I always like to practice reading Spanish, and appreciate the translations. I noticed one line left out, so I put what I thought it said. Feel free to correct as necessary.

    In case you do not follow the local news, Lisseth is a young woman who believes the C$E is corrupt (see: Roberto Rivas) and that any election overseen by same is a sham. Lisseth participated in "La Champa Dignidad" in front of the C$E -- and was brutally beaten and miscarried her baby. The police refused to take her denuncia because she had no cedula.
