Thread: Nica Word of the day

  1. #1

Default Nica Word of the day

Desmarimbar... as in knock out your teeth.

Where it comes from: Marimba instruments have teeth, there for Desmarimbar is to get your teeth knocked out.

Sorry Josh, I'm hijacking' your thread!

I wanna say this in Spanish, who can help?

"I'd love to knock the hell right out of you!"

I need a translation as accurate as possible to the real meaning of the sentence, not just what the words translate to. Gracias.

    How about.....

"Quiero arrancar tus tripas!!!!" ( I want to rip out your guts!)

Never heard it used and it may not convey (to a spanish speaker) anything more than that you are a "gringa loca" but it sure says it all in english, no?

PS... don't forget to roll the double R when you say it!
"If you ain't bleeding, you ain't working!"

Go tell your former neighbors what you think of them, and you'll find out how to say that.

I always thought Descachimbar... Desmarimbar is more of a play on words?
