    Default Dinner at Argentine Restaurant

    Steak was $15, lasagne was under $10

    Shrimp Casserole

    Ham Lasagna

    Chicken Breast Smothered in Mushroom Sauce

    Dan, I am at a toss up between you and Mil as to who is trying to kill the common folk on this site with all the presentations of food that are not accessible to us but on very rare occasions.

    But keep 'em coming, right now I could bite the screen.
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...

    was down there in 1976..that steak cost about a buck and a half..in a good restaurant back then..they had 1 day a week when meat couldnt be sold in restaurants..so they would have more beef for export..beautiful country..

    But I did have for breakfast this morning breaded fried baby shrimp, Nicaraguan fried beans and DAC coconut bread with real butter and tomato juice.
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...

    It is a beautiful country but inflation is just killing them. I fear a crash is in the not to far future.

    My 12 year old daughter made it for me and threw in a good dose of Love to go with it.
