Default Wanted: Someone to come get this Goat...

14 months or so we have been together, and it breaks my Heart, but I gotta get rid of this G*d D***, Crazy Ass F****** Goat.

LC Tom is supposed to be nearly in route and when he gets to his place on Goat Beach he may find a House Warming present.

The goat has been a real good pet, she was supposed to be with child, not so. She has recently taken to my Swiss Chard, Green Onions, and Blackeyed Peas, Disturbing. She ate 2 Loaded Eggplant to the ground.

That is not the worst of it. My big dog (long ago cut and fixed) chews her rope in half every night, letting her free. I like to think I am considerate of all lifestyles, but Dog/Goat love just ain't going to fly.

A very hard time for me. Just in case, please send any of your favorite goat recipes.

    Thanks

I ate a lot of seco de chivo in Mexico, along the Pacific coast. Simply BBQ'd & pulled. Makes good tacos. Enjoy with Victoria Maestro or Toña if that hasn't reached the islands yet.

Used to move around down that way a good bit. Northern Mexico they like to roast it, down around Oaxaca and those beaches they cook them in the ground, and man is it good.

My attemps at Goat cookery have fallen short. I am good at duplicating what I have eaten, but no such luck with Goat.
