SJDS March Farmer's Market

Just a reminder to y'all that Roger and I will have a table at this market on March 3rd from 10am until noon at Big Wave Dave's Roadhouse in San Juan del Sur. Quality sausages, herbal supplements, and whatever kind of bread I pop in the oven today will be available. Hope to see y'all there!

Country style breakfast sausage chubs

Smoked kielbasa, made with red wine, garlic, and herbs, slow smoked and ready-to-eat.

Barcelona sausage, made with white wine, nutmeg, and herbs. (These were made for a party as appetizers, the links for market are in 1/2 and 1lb links.)

Never fear, hon! This market is in San Juan del Sur. The next one in Granada, at Hotel La Bocona, is next Sunday, the 11th. Hope to see you there. We won't be staying after for beers, I don't think. It depends on how I can schedule the neighbor to butcher the pig...

Had a blast with friends after the market!

The new chef at Big Wave Dave's place is incredible...REALLY knows how food should be prepared!!! I had the mixed nachos, with shrimp and chicken. All I can say is "Wow!!!"

I agree, had several great meals both lunch and dinner, a real chef, and talented at that.

Ahhh, beautiful food pics, and the compliment coming from you Mil, carries weight as I know you were/are in the business...But I got a question, can one of ya'll explain to LCT just how ya get these big nice pictures on here?Logic? I want to cheat and read what ya tell him....
