May's Granada Finca Market
It's that time again, folks! Lots of samples of yummy foods, new vendors, and good fun to be had at Hotel La Bocona on Sunday, May 13th, from 10 am until noon. The hotel is located on Calle La Libertad, 2 blocks West of the Central Park.
I will have sliced country ham again, as well as a new item...
...corn dogs made with our country-style breakfast sausage, dipped in a cornmeal/syrup batter, fried to perfection...ready to eat or reheat and serve with a pancake syrup dipping sauce.
Lots more goodies at the market, as well, including a new vendor who will have Thai peanut sauce, chicken and beef satay skewers, and Lechon Cubano.
