    Default Deli Style Roast Beef?



    You can find all the ingredients for making the sandwich above at this month's Granada Finca Market! QQP will also have Ham & String Bean Soup, and samples galore. Below is a list of all products available this month...

    Sunday June 10th Granada Finca Market!
    Hotel La Bocona, Calle La Libertad 2 blocks west of central park, 10am until noon.

    QQP will have: samples of soup and meats and desserts!

    Ham & String Bean Soup
    *Chunks of smoked ham, potatoes, green beans, and onion in a hearty ham broth.
    Country Ham
    *Sliced pork shoulder, brined in dulce and seasonings, and slow smoked.
    Deli-style Roast Beef
    *Tender, marinated beef, slow smoked and sliced thin.
    Pork Kielbasa
    *A spicy sausage, made from the leanest cuts of pork, seasoned with red wine and
    herbs, smoked and ready-to-eat.
    Sauerkraut
    *Unrinsed kraut, seasoned with fresh organic dill and cracked black pepper.
    Boursin Cheese
    *A homemade cream cheese loaded with fresh garlic, chives, sea salt and cracked black
    pepper.
    Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cakes
    * Banana muffins, topped with crunchy PB and dipped in chocolate.
    Caramel Ice Cream
    *with choc chips and chunks of PB.
    A selection of breads...
    Our complete line of herbal supplements...comic books, too!

    *Tasha's Designs will have her designer, recycled material purses/bags, and new items as well.

    *Jacob will have a selection of pretty plants and culinary herbs.

    *Jim will have organic, cold-pressed coconut oil...from 2oz to 5 gallons, available for retail or wholesale.

    *Rosa Maria will be returning to the Granada market this month. She will be bringing homemade granola, incenses and body balms from New York City, and a variety of handmade costume jewelry items.

    *Pyramid Meats is back, as well, and will be sampling three new breakfast sausages. An all beef Chorizo, a pork and beef Country Breakfast sausage, and an all pork Herb Breakfast sausage. All will be bulk packed in 1 lb packages.

    *Artisan breads, jewelry, and more...

    Got a new vendor coming to the market this month...a seafood vendor..woo hoo! Pargo, corvina, and langosta; I'm getting hungry already!
