Default This is the dry heat of North America

Here we are taking a three day weekend to Las Vegas, Nevada were the average temperature for the month of July is around 105 degrees farenheit. Unlike that hot weather from Nicaragua were you mix it with humidity, here in Las Vegas you do not sweat. It is the dry heat effect that makes it much better to deal with. At night the temperature dropped to the high 70's. Great weather for the pool. Here are some pics. While there I tried my luck at the crap table and won a whopping 128 dollars. We stayed at the South Point Hotel and Casino which is the first hotel you see from highway as you coming from the south such as Los Angeles. Nice hotel, plush rooms and modest prices. The food was awesome.

It's always nice to read from you neighbor (Oregon here, if you remember).

You have such a nice family and you are a great family man. The kind of person that is probably a good friend as well.

Always a pleasure to see your post.

I do a lot of stuff too and post my stuff on facebook. That dog in my avatar is the theme it seems, as I go to neat places and take pictures of my dog doing goofy things. All my kids are in their twenties now, and I was not so much a success, but I still love them.

I can tell where that picture of you is taken, the Stratosphere. I remember the way those windows lean out like that so you can look down easier.
