    1) Lobster
    2) Shrimp
    3) Scallops (Bacon wrapped of course)
    4) Salmon

    Don't worry, I like the shrimps almost as much as lobster. Guys shrimp in Bluefields Bay. Hangout on the pier and you can buy a bag full of shrimp right off of the boat.

    I put fish in a different category than shellfish and sea bugs

    I love fish and would eat it more than anything else if I could. I grew up in Salmon country and have eaten so much of it that it went from the top of the list to near the bottom. I prefer the big flaky white fish meats like cod and halibut, mahi mahi, orange roughy, grouper, talapia, red snapper. So many ways to cook all of that, trout and catfish, man I am getting hungry. Tom got me curious about swordfish lately. If it comes from the sea it is for me.
