    Thumbs up Seaside Mariana

I received the information below today. Does anyone know about this place?
There are some files that I can send you if you're interested. Just PM me.

Seaside Mariana and Kevin Fleming Involved Legal Issues and Bad Debt

The problems with Seaside are finally surfacing. After 6 years of continual marketing
with massive amounts of cash collected from investors and little or nothing to show the
world, the project has apparently hit the wall.

The smooth selling Chairman of Seaside Mariana can no longer hide the truth from the investors.

The attached news release “SEASIDE MARIANA Ripoff report” will reveal much information.

If you are an investor, or thinking of becoming an investor, and this information does not scare you, it should!

The content will uncover many truths about Seaside Mariana and the current problems facing the project
that you will not hear from the Chairman of Seaside Mariana, Mr. Kevin Fleming.

If you are an investor in Seaside and know other investors,
you would be doing them a service to share this information.

Now that San Juan del Sur has a certain toxicity attached to it, the developers need to move on.

I like the beaches around Pochomil a lot better than SJdS, and there isn't the crime problem associated with the SJdS beaches.

Where exactly is Mariana at? They're vague in their description of the location.

Toxicity in terms of some of the previous fraud that happened there, not toxic as a place to live.

Lot of good things about SJdS, not least of which is El Gato Negro

    Another one bites the dust...

Wyndham Hotel Group and Nicklaus Design have independently issued termination letters announcing their pullout from Seaside Mariana due to concerns about the project’s legal troubles and slow progress.

But $11 million invested proves Nicaragua as a desirable destination . . .

That's a lot of money with nothing to show on the ground . ..Do the buyers have actual titles ? What part of "SJdS" do they not understand?

It's the end of 2012 and new tax hikes are looming, so it's a good time to show a loss on your balance sheet.
