Wild Ass Pig
For sale to highest bidder, 1 Wild Ass Pig, can be used as an alarm clock (if you need to wake at 4am everyday).
This pig will make you hate Bacon. Rude, Inconsiderate, Mean, I could go on and on.....
Pig may or may not be living, my machete wants to skull her.
Had this pig to be a breeder but she is just flat ass crazy, every morning at 4am she starts her howling. I think this week will be her last on this farm, she is going to find a new home or "meat" the freezer. I need some relief.

Well needless to say I still have the wild ass pig and some other derelict livestock. Just went to feed her and she had her rope fouled up and was in a foot of muck, I hate having pigs this time of year, too much rain and they only make mudholes. Just bathed off and still finding mud on me, looks like I will have to wash off again. Had to get in mud (pig shit) up to my knees to fix the rope, what a mess, good thing my pig's shit don't stink.

I had to take a bath and change clothes at the end of the day BEFORE I was allowed in the house...

Last night almost dark I hear a neighbor screaming my name, run to the window, "Kevin. pig Loose", oh no. Well the pig has tamed and came right to me, I figured I was in for an pig chase. Still counting my blessings that the pig did not run me all over the Island. Been raining steady for days, everything is a muddy mess.

Have a brother-in-law who used to work on a pig farm when he was a young man. Years later as we were traveling with him somewhere he remarked how bad the smell was where we were. Was a Hog Wild Weekend here. The big pig got loose another time or 2, her rope was so muddy and slick it would not stay tied, the way I have it now it may never untie (without a machete). Then one of the small pigs, the female made a jail break, she's well tame so was no problem grabbing her but she was so slick with "mud" that I could not keep hold of her. Decided to just let the little one run free, she hung close, too close, once she was in the house. The pig was a muddy mess and spent her 2 nigts of freedom on the porch mudding up walls, floor, furniture, even one of the dogs. Got hold of the pig yesterday and gave her a "gentle" toss back into captivity.
The big female I have has got big, fastlike. I am seriously considering butchering her in the next week or 2, I tried once before to let the boar I have jump her but she wanted no part of that and like to killed him, and that was when she was in heat. The smalll female is in heat now and the boar has been trying but I have yet to witness the deed so not too sure how that is going.
Sat down this morning and did some cyphering and feeding the boar will quickly eat up any proceeds from the piglets I may or may not get from his hard work.
Around my place pigs have a lot of say in their future, the racket these 3 started at 2:30 this morning does not bode well for their longevities. I finally got up at 4 to feed them so I could get some peace.
Wish I could keep the big one till Christmas but she will be close 400#, and maybe more by then at the rate she is going. A friend passed a few days ago and had not seen her in a month, he was amazed at how big she has got. Started her on corn today, nice way to finish the meat and it also helps make a finer lard. Think I will see if the boar can work his magic this cycle on the small one and maybe the next cycle (I think it is 21 days or so), sell him on the hoof, then keep the small female see how she looks for Christmas.

Perhaps the Boar just needs to buy her a Frieto and a Gasiosa ...
