The reform to the traffic laws doesn't say anything in cases like this.

If anything, there's no sign of the perpetrator.

Typology of citizens according to the "National Police"

Class B - those with no rights (Fulfill what was promised)

Class A - those that have the right to march, protest, pound "other" marches, terrorize, and do what the comandante and his accomplice command.

Enough already of calling us de facto magistrates. It's disrespectful before our people!

You're right. So you're not de facto, now you're putrefacto!

Ortega goes absent from governing when and however much he wants, and no one says a peep, what a lack of respect to the voters!

Respect? Did these people ever respect us?

After three bouts on cocaine seized by El Chocolatito Gonzales's brother, this becomes... Talquito's.

This is even funnier when you read the lead story front page of La Prensa today, which is the back story to the cartoon:

    http://www.laprensa.com.ni/2014/03/1...-talco-cierran

The brother of Chocalito, a professional boxing darling of the Sandi party gets stopped on his motorcycle the other day and the po-lice find a bag on him containing over a kilo and half of white powder. Field test positive for cocaine. He, against s.o.p., pretty much gets released on his own recognizance almost immediately. A portion, supposedly taken from the same source, gets sent to the new crime lab and low and behold, it ain't coke, its talcum powder. Probably had a huge case of ass rash and needed it for personal consumption.

"Talquito" is given as a name for the guy with the talco. The judge is telling him to go and don't sell no more.

    Just another day...
