    When I was in Costa Rica they sure didn't like Nicas, they would use the word "Nica" like a nasty "N" word.

    Even accused those from Gunanacaste as being a "Nica Regalado" in quite an unfriendly way.
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...

    The last paragraph of the TicoTimes piece is a giveaway. Ticos are tree-huggers. And if they dare cozy up to these electrified giants, they'll scorch their genitals. So stay away Ticos!
