    Default Making some progress...

    Things are coming along, day by day... just need to remind myself that it takes time. Just a week shy of 6 months since I set out on my own, and finally got the page up on FB yesterday to promote my foods. For those of you on FB, please check it out and, if you're in country, don't hesitate to order... after all, good food is good for the soul!

    KWP, yep, those are cherries, Comstock brand... you'd be surprised what we can get down here in these civilized parts! JW, did you just ask me to turn my back on a pirate? Nevah!!!

    I brought down a bunch of that Comstock pie filling on one of my trips but never got around to doing anything with it. It's available on Amazon with free shipping.

    I need a better oven , mine won't maintain a consistent temperature. I need more counter space too.
    Even with all that,, I doubt that my stuff would look like yours!


    The thought on my earlier post was, maybe you should open a cooking school.
    There might be enough wealthy and bored ex-pat wives in Managua to keep you afloat.
