    Well those that know/knew him and for those that read a few of my stories co/written by him...

    Mista Steve has Crossed the Bar of Eternity this AM in MGA.

    I will miss him for sure... Go With God you "Ordinary Sailor"... He was proud of that Simple Title Sailing the Worlds Oceans from when he was but aboy of 16 years old starting his career as a fireman on a coal powered Tug boat in New York Harbor....

    Rest in Peace Fellow Waterman...
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...

    We used have "Cono" eating contests with mine and other kids in the neighborhood... Who finished one first got another one

    I met him, and never did get to eat at The Pig, though we ate at one of the Pig's, I don't think it was his place.
