    Here's a bit more of what I've been doing to pay the bills and stay busy...

    Sloppy Joes
    -Carne molida and onions in a homemade tomato sauce seasoned with Worcestershire, dulce, chili powder, s&p, and a wee bit of apple cider vinegar.

    Bacon-Topped Chicken Pot Pie
    -Shredded chicken and vegetables in a creamy thyme sauce, topped with a bacon weave.

    Home-style Pot Roast
    -A hearty stew chock full of tender beef, potatoes, green beans, and carrots.

    Vegetable Lasagna
    -Zucchini, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms, and 3 cheeses, etc.

    Pulled Pork BBQ
    -Slow-cooked posta de cerdo, shredded and tossed with a from-scratch barbecue sauce.

    Melissa's Coleslaw
    -Grated cabbage and carrots, mayo, milk, lime juice, and s&p.

    Macaroni & Cheese
    -Elbow macaroni in a creamy 3 cheese sauce, fully cooked, just reheat.

    Boursin Cheese
    -A homemade cream cheese-style cheese, chock full of fresh garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and chives.

    Melissa's Pesto Sauce
    -A rustic, hand-chopped pesto made with local cashews, culantro, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

    Green Onion & Garlic Pesto Sauce
    -Green onions, fresh garlic, roasted cashews, and Parmesan cheese for this mild pesto, perfect for pasta or to kick up
    steamed vegetables.

    Spinach, Wheatberry, & 3 Cheese pie
    -A crustless pie made with eggs, organic spinach, local wheatberries, onions, garlic, three cheeses and a dash of nutmeg.

    Broccoli Cheddar Quiche
    -Ready to eat, mini quiche chock full of broccoli, cheddar cheese, onions, and garlic, eggs and buttermilk too. Crust is made from scratch using home-rendered lard. Can be eaten at room temp, or popped in the oven for a 10 minute reheat.

    Rye Bread
    -Large boule of rye, contains caraway seeds.

    Mini Salted Caramel Apple Pie
    -Granny Smith apples and caramel in a double crust, seasoned with cinnamon and just a pinch of sea salt.

    Cinnamon Buns
    -Large bun with rum-soaked raisins and a powdered sugar glaze.

    Vanilla Ice Cream
    -Cream based ice cream made with real vanilla beans.

    Roasted banana w/ Chocolate Chips Ice Cream
    -Cream and egg based ice cream, made with roasted bananas, dulce (sugar cane) and real vanilla bean.

    Yes, yes it is impressive...
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...

    LCT, I have email lists and take pre-orders only. Yet, for as amazing as the food is (I know, I know, not very humble... ), I am constantly needing to drum up new customers. As we all know, it's hard to make a living down here. All one can do is keep at it!
