    Default The Rainy Season

The Rains usually reach early to mid June, this year mid May. We get a LOT of rain, have measured over 200 inches in a year. This year is a contender but I did not gauge it.

Come November and December, it starts to heavily wear on you, everyone walks around with a Blank Stare and an Umbrella..

No point to this Post, Killing time while watching it RAIN....

We're getting daily rain on Ometepe. I thought that this was due to Otto, but it's still happening. I guess we're not getting a dry season this year.

Hope it doesn't run to long. Know of two people getting ready to break ground on house foundations.

I would advice February, but what the Hell do I know...

Even in Managua it is still raining frequently. In fact its raining today.

Which is crazy because the last couple of years, even in the middle of the rainy season in july and august we barely got any rain right in the city.
This year its mid december and we are still getting rain multiple times a week.

Last 3 days here been near solid rain. Caught a break this morning and ran into Bluefields, rained the whole time I was there, coming back hit a Squall. I was in Rain Gear so no big deal for me but some on the ride were a bit uncomfortable.

You definitely know the DAC and the weather. I concur with your advice and would pass it along but one is in a time crunch and the other would probably cuss me before postponing.

If they been trying to work the last week or 2, wish them luck.

Got one building site laid out and chopped clear. Not sure when digging for foundation work will begin.

Sounds like the other one is close to starting the foundation. Asked for pics but was told its muddy. Maybe the timing will work out well for them if the dry season will finally start.

I haven't had an update in a couple days either, thinking internet might be down out their way also. I am looking forward to watching it once construction can begin.

Internet has been normal (shit) in Bluff, but been up, no power outages to speak of but with this wind I would not doubt some lines down.
