    Default New from Google earth.

So I looked around today and was suprized to see a new Development right across from our plot.

The yellow box is the new subdivision, the red box is ours.

I do not do the local hosted file option so hope it links.

We go to visit it in April.

Looks like a nice layout.....are the streets paved with bricks.....nice that they left some mature trees.
    Life's different here ... It's a whole 'nother pace.

These "lotificaciones" are popping up everywhere. "Live like a gringo, at gringo prices." Maybe your lot will increase in value.

Well one of Chilo's request is the have a 10x10, 10 x12 Pulpetera cubby on floor #1 that she wants to rent out - Having a "Mass of people" residing close to us makes that more plausible. You know a self-contained square with a separate meter, toilet and sink. Her stab at the wall is 100 bucks a month rent. Have to have her work as an intel unit for a while to see how realistic that is . SIL who wants to move back now (is on a return visit now of 3 months) is also interested.. Will see what pans out.

There is another lotification to the east that has had luke warm acceptance over the 3 yrs it has been up. There were 3 buildings last visit, did not bother to check yesterday - Will do so now.

    Yep

The red box is the original "Lotification" we went to go look at that led us to our current lot - The yellow boxed one are the 3 we seen Nov '15 - THe green boxed ones are the ones built since. The built green box seems to have the same Idea we had at the time of buying 2 or more lots and spanning blocks.

The lots boxed in red were $6K at that time for 9M x 18M
