So we start week 4 Monday

It is probably another $500US on steel and cement to finish the non square 24 x 27 main footing. (One end is 25') with a center room of 14 1/2 by 13 and a bit - The internal room dimentions grew a smidge such that they could line up with a close buy column.

Labout for week 1 to end week 3 is 19,000 cord This is for the the contractor and hils helper - Boxing the room and completing the footing on the remaining "L" of the structure is 62K

I see another 600 to 700 in blocks being needed to complete the room.

Once the footing is complete it makes instruction of next points of build easier. The next bit is to make sure they get the window placement right which we will work on Monday.

So all the footings are dug, a little less than 1/2 of the columns are planted in 2 'of C'ment. But more importantly Jimmy has the "flow" inderstood. Jimmy is so so happy to be working after over 3 months pounding the streets for odd jobs, there are none ...

They have enough steel, cement and forms to hold them for the next week and a half, maybe 2 - The Labor quote is the footings (27 x 24 lopsided rectangle) and an inner footing for a room - The room actualy grew to 13 1/2 by 14 and a bit when it became apparent vertical columns were inches away from the original 12x113 room size.

Once I get the pictures (and videos) unpacked next week I will pop them here ....

As well we slapped up a tin covered shed in the corner of Daniel's lot to hold the shipping boxes when the firicking fracking fudgin things get released. Daniels former SIL was expecting a box as well before she went back. She left Tuesday so it will be up to her Mother to pick it up - Daniel's former inlaws are masters of gaiming the system. Nothing criminal (violent or larcony) but general gaming of the system.
