We have gone to lunch several times at a string of restaurants that have sprung up along the road to La Concordia (the best being at Colon Bridge and La Qunta) and we pass a bunch of new lotifications along the road, frozen in time because there are no customers. Big signs and fancy entryways, but empty lots on what were recently fincas.

I can't really tell what they're selling.

"Panoramic" French windows of PVC. Not quite what I'd call "panoramic." But it goes on to describe price per square meter, ceiling included, but then says the property can be used for a business or apartment.
