Default Getting Exciting: Three Bombs in Estelí

    La Colonia, MultiCentro, El Rosario

We were having dinner at the Cuban restaurant,, El Rincon Pinolero (not really its name) and heard the one blast. We were staying at Los Arcos, so walked right past the site.

When you say "bombs", what exactly do you mean? I'm used to explosions in Nicaragua in the form of mortar rounds and firecrackers and such... Were these larger than that?

    ...I found this article:

There were only two,, Barrio Rosario was a couple of weeks ago.

    I was mis informed.

La Prensa picked it up about 9AM

I walked by again this morning. Street between La Colonia and Los Arcos was open.

There is an office across from La Colonia. That apparently was the target.

The bombs seemed to be aimed at destroying the property of Army or ex-Army personnel - a vendetta or a new dimension to the gathering shit-storm?

An Army vet office, and an auto mechanic’s shop. No injuries.
