I am ignoring it completely - I did see the circus that was the on line and on TV and was fun to watch. Now it has moved into the process your powered wig landowners came up with 200+ yrs ago.

It is extolled as the best system ever devised (with human failings) to address transgressions against the constitution. If it functions as sold you folks should be fine...

Under the Queen, we had our Bafoon clearly perform Quid Pro Quo for a Quebec engineering firm, obstruct justice (Tell the RCMP to go piss up a rope) and still got re-elected and is not facing charges.... On this one, our shit stinks and we were not able to flush it...

I wonder if any of the videos in this thread will go "poof" when YouTube changes its TOS in a couple weeks, to purge the stuff it doesn't like.

Gerald Ford was asked what constituted an impeachable offense. His answer was, "Whatever the House says it is." We The People lost control of the government oh, a century and a half ago or so. They've consolidated control over us ever since.

I glance at the news, a one up on the Russiagate scam. Bad losers trying to waste trump's time so he can't fix the problems the last 10 presidents created. Whodathunk draining the swamp would be so tough?

I've long thought that the national capital should be moved to a more central location like beautiful Oklahoma and the existing D. C. population be reabsorbed back into the adjoining states. Quite a welfare burden on those states, but for the national good.

One of the best moves the FBI made was to located their newest headquarters complex in West Virginia. Though quite controversial at the time, they escaped the dull hangers-on who'd migrated from the South to northern cities thinking they were the nuevo-plantations.

Canadian cabin guy Shawn builds an extension to the cabin. No fancy embedding this time as I post this from a motel near Frankenmuth Mi on a tablet. We visited the Christmas store last night and head up and over the Mackanaw bridge this morning

When I was let go from the mother corp and ended up in the Machinetool biz for a year I worked with a fellow of Chinese discent who was born in Panama - Fluent in Manderin, Spanish and English and is quite the dynamo.

Over the past 4 yrs we have kept in touch.

A month or so back he posted this fellow's channel - A mexican living in Canada who seems to have built a significant following on how to legally emmigrate to Canada and what it is like to live in the land of ice and snow...

Social Blade Puts him between 14K and 200K / yr in Youtube revenue - So lets say 100K but some of his videos showing him working in construction in Calgary in -20 weather so it may not be that high..

This is Epic Meal time - A group of young Punks out of Montreal.

This was probably my first exposure to the "Youtube Personality" way back when. Before then I just consulted Youtube on how to troubleshoot something that was broken or a review or some other instruction. Although they are waxingly reminiscing on this as 10 yrs ago, the video is dated 2010 (This is in their current-day feed)

They are still a going entity with a few bazillion views and a couple of million subscribers, but it got old for me pretty quick.

I chose this one as it was released around US thanksgiving in 2010 and is a twist on the Turduckin. Happy Turkey day to the colonists...

This has 2.2 million views. Probably, like me, they all hit play, scrubbed forward a bit, realized, “Yup, it’s just a video of a train wheel spinning,” and moved on.

Hypnotic. Eine Donnerbüchse voll in Fahrt. My 5-yr-old son watched it with me. We put pennies and cordovas on the tracks near us to collect & marvel at them, squashed & stretched. Enormous pressure, yet near frictionless locomotion. Rubber tires greatly retard the efficient conversion of energy to motion. Wasn't a lighter & stronger railroad track made with Hank Rearden's alloy the domino thread that exposed the dysfunctional US gov't in Ayn Rand's 1957 novel Atlas Shrugged that influenced so many young neocons?

The people out in TN , building self financed and were to be off grid (decided against it and are now connected to the local pole) have finished their foam block poured wall for below grade and are finishing the drainage now.

That foam block stuff is fantastic for insulation and sound deadining - What would consern me is what it would be like in 80+ yrs - Imagin the foam failing and you left with thhis concrete monster that has to be demolished .. Would not be a problem for the original owner as they will probably be dead, but...

Minesota cabin guy Martin has his fall trip documented.

Our land on Manitoulin is in the signing stage for closing now - Money is in trust and we are waiting on the papers. Found that the county is unicorperated but there is a planning board so we do need to get some light approval to build $100 Canadian (About $75 US)

Cabin 1 can't be over 6000 sq foot and guest cabin (Cabin 2) not over 480sq foot. Ours main will be something like 480 and Son's will be a little less.

If I was making a church the spire hight would be limited, erecting a solar tower the height is not.. Interesting.

Some wood scraps, some rusting zinc, some nails, and you've got a campesino cabin.

Una Champa! Who needs anything more?

The Avenida Bolivar in Managua used to be lined with champas.
    Cardboard walls,, copius black plastic.

Sometimes hard to tell the latrine from the house (usually smaller).
