His earnings, estimated, on "the tube only" is/was in the 10's of millions a year.

Back 9/10 yrs ago there was a YouTuber out of Canada (London Ontario, just south west of here in London On) called Dave's farm or something like that - He cut up old vans and put the steering and a couch on the roof, had tractor demolition derbies, jumped combines etc etc - Apparently both the OPP and Youtube shut him down but not before he had made 3 or 4 million - Have to see if it even still exists in archive.

What is OPP and why shut him down?

Ontario Provincial Police - There was some sort of uproar with the goings on and By-Law - Bylaw said they needed backup - I did find the Chanel and visit to his farm by the police from 9 yrs ago - I'll put it it up on a future "Youtube of the day. "

    Pewdipie is a Swedish dude:

PewDiePie's channel had the most subscribers from 2013 until 22 February 2019, when he was finally surpassed by T-Series, although PewDiePie took back the top spot shortly after approximately 8 minutes. This is "Mustie1" He is a mechanic in the north east (Connecticut, not sure if he says in this one or others) he does "Rust"orations. Basically he finds something cheap or free and makes it run again.

This is part 1 or a little Honda 70 he has brought back to life. He also has a good collection of VW air cooled stuff. His channel is good just to know how Carbs work and when it worth fixing and when you should trash. Most of the first (or first 15 min of) each video series is a triage of how to determine is it is salvageable in the first place.

He has a rebuild of a Karrman Gia that is cool and I may do as a daily Youtube in future..

This is Calum - M0MCX - He is a UK amateur radio operator and "Rather well to do" UK entrepreneur (web design apparently) who just starting making antennas and is also a drummer...

But that is not what this video is about.

It is a bit of a rant on flat earthers which I found to be quite good.

You know one interesting fact about flat earthers? They are found all over the globe.

Those flat earthers are giving global warming a bad name.
So,, to answer the beefed question,, "what's the connection?"

    They are both BS.

We must impose a planet-wide global flattening tax, to Make A Globe Again (MAGA).

    This is Will Prowse

He is a young fellow who lives in an RV, but don't judge him yet.

His speciality is solar energy - His presentation is a little scatter brained, but everything is factually correct. He seems set on 12 or 24V systems - Myself I will focus on a 48V system.

    Here's Will

So is your plan to stay completely off grid and use solar? Or use the grid for back up? Or something else entirely?

Still figuring it out - I can see DN/DS going bonkers for rates and reliability when the entire deck of cards falls, so at least 2Kwh to start with. Then as times passes might build it up. Home test system (to cut my teeth on) will be this July

Ya know....that statement is a whole 'nother kettle of fish.

If the entire deck of cards fall and there is little or no electric for you and the rest of society then you and your conveniences will become a massive target......not to mention that under those circumstances, life and living in Nicaragua will be hell on Earth.

However....all that aside, sounds like a fun project!

Disnorte talked about net metering. We have an excess that We could push back every afternoon.
The presentation was very interesting. I'm locked into LA for the next chunk of years,, by then lithium will be the way to go. I've become very comfortable with LA,, very ggorgiving
48V, definitely. I'm seeing 96 V charge controllers and inverters, but 48V is a good balance. Amp numbers get big = Big cabling at 12 or 24v

Can't emphasize enough importance of quality mppt controller.

If you use LA, don't over fill them,, I keep electrolyte levels about 1/4 inch above plates.

    Good information in the presentation

Kinda like the guy who grows plenty of food. When there is none, I do not want to be that guy.
