    That looks like a nice grill setup you had made, is that a custom or did someone do it for you?

    1. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and Extra Lite

    3. smoked chicken wings, garden salad (lettuce and peppers brought from Managua on the airplane) and pasta salad
    4. Cheers to the chef!

    The smoker was borrowed from Cordell's (bar/restaurant/private club/whatever). It is an imported "American" smoker/bar-b-q but could be easily replicated with hinged barrels.
