    Is this suppression of RAAN voting going to carry over to the rest of the country?

    To answer your last question LCT, yes, I don´t think 62% is going to allow the 38% to do all the representation for them...Would you?
    To be called a "Has Been" I must surmise, is much Greater than to be called a "Nevah Been"... JW...
