The Alcaldia of Puerto Cabezas as it was left after the ransacking

During the looting of the Alcaldia building on the past April 4th, ALL of the Public Registry books from 2004-Present, deaths, births, marraiges, etc. disapeared. The new computer system which was donated in order to record the data digitally also disapeared. Apparently they were registering this data in order to be sent to some Managua location where the country data is compiled and held for safe keeping, but the years 2004 to present did not make it.

In addition everything down to the Official Alcaldia stamps were stolen. This could cause some MAJOR legal issues in the future! This may affect elections as well, as many of those who have died in these past 4 years may end up voting in the coming Municipal elections.

All children who's births were registered between 2004 and present are also without identity.

Default DUDE, what are you trying to say?

    1. Dawk 28 up, 6 downVerb, transitive.

Other uses: to dawk, dawking, dawken

    1. To cause a complete destruction of a good thing by doing something completely absurd.
    2. To wreck a fantasy sports team through utter stupidity or foolhardly boasts.
    3. To commit any egregious error which causes you to be the butt of all jokes, inspired by our friend Corey.

    1. "I completely dawked my relationship with Amanda. She was smart, funny, loved sports, but I guess she wasn't into ****ing me in the ass."

    2. "I'll trade Adam Dunn and Johnny Damon for Pedro. How can I lose; and you guys are all screwed, Carlos Lee doesn't tank in the second half."
"Dude, he just dawked his team."

Comandante Steadman, has 1000 men, armed to the teeth, (and these weapons are not junk, do you think for a minute they turned in the good stuff?), to defend what the Miskitos have been fighting for from Somoza time...selfrule....
