    Default Flight instructor in Nicaland??

Any chance of finishing my private pilot license in Nica? I haven't taken the yoke in over 10 years, but I've had way too much simulator time (ask my ex-wife about that). I imagine that I have to start over, but I'd like to get this done while I still have 20/20 vision. I'd also like to get my water rating (with the ultimate goal of getting a Lake/Seawind amphibian).

Anyone have any info on price and availability?

In Managua, you should be able to find Capt. Bonilla, who taught one of our members here. Other than him, there are so few pilots in Nicaragua it's kind of sad.

That might not be a good place to sit on a seaplane. Bring your scuba gear.
