FSLN involved in Cedula theft

The Police of Jinotega have identified the militant sandinista Mario Isaac Rugama and Víctor Quintanilla as his accomplice, as those responsible for the disappearance of 4,285 cédulas.

The police threatened a prison sentence for this crime and since the case has been known FSLN leaders of the area have been protecting these 2 from capture.

Out of these Cedulas 2,535 are still missing, the other 1,650 miraculously were found in one of these 2 mens homes. These 1,650 cards are of Sandinista supporters.
