    That was neat Dan.

I ride quads, but I usually rode them in places that didn't have roads. I flipped on once in the snow.

I don't know the mileage but we rented them for a day and went to Ostional and used less than a quarter of a tank. The last couple of days we were gone for about two hours and the gauge never moved from full.

I really like riding bikes and quads, I bought my first bike when I was 16 much to my parents dismay (well at least to my mothers). Sometimes when I see a family riding a bike, I remember me riding mine with my friend behind me with a stolen water melon on the handle bars On well, my last bike was a Suzuki Savage 650.

Those 4 cycle quads are easy on gas. Depends on the CC, but imagine a motorcyle with a 250-400 CC engine. It was never much of a concern on my Yamaha Moto-4 (400 CC).

Are those 4-cycle engines? I hate those loud, smelly 2-stroke contraptions.

Doc, I am just guessing by the looks and behavior of those things, but yes, they are 4 stroke. 2 Strokes would look more agressive and be more aggressive in behavior. You have to keep a 2 stroke's breathing going with the throttle constantly. Those things you see are like little cars with no roof. I still rolled one once though, adult beverages were present.

They were 4 stroke, 250cc. They are getting in new 350 Yamahas.
