Thread: The CPC door to door

Default The CPC door to door

Yesterday, several people from the CPC were going door-to-door in my barrio of Managua asking if you would be voting for the FSLN in the Municipal election. How do you even respond to that!? to the people that control your neighborhood!

My wife opened the door and let our rottweiler bark at them a few times, and they quickly left.

I guess you answer the same way you do when someone comes over to take your teenage daughter out on a date. You happen to be cleaning your gun when he shows up at the door.

Default I used to race motorcycles cross country...

called enduro racing as the races would last any where from 4 hours to 3 days. The single most mportant tool that I carried was duct tape. It fixes ANYTHING.

hurricane ike came through and we lost power. so i cranked up the generator. the hard plastic gas tank slid on to the exhaust manifold melting a groove into the gas tank causing a gas leak onto the exhaust manifold . good thing i was there when it happened!

so i patched it with duct tape. i found the one thing it wont fix. the gas is a solvent and melted the adhesive. so, while duct tape is good....keep it away from gasoline....

Good advice and don't store gasoline in plastic milk jugs either! But I still love duct tape... afterall, there are some things even god can't do!

Don't seal corrugated cardboard boxes with duct (duck) tape either. That annoying clear tape the post office sells really is the only thing that sticks well.
