Default FSLN to commit Election Fraud

    http://www.laprensa.com.ni/archivo/2...a/292810.shtml

The FSLN government supposedly has a plan of fraud to guarantee their wins in the upcoming elections. The document of the plan apparently got leaked this weekend by email.

The document mentions an FSLN forum that took place on the 5th of October at the "Colegio Rubén Darío", barrio San Luis, of Managua, where the electoral bosses of the FSLN released strategies of manipulating the votes for a party victory.

Some of the strategies include positioning at least 10 CPC members outside of each voting location, nullify liberal votes through different methods.
The Sandinistas would also have 3 electoral police that would be in their favor if any electoral incident were to happen.

The CPC members are also pushing all FSLN supporters to vote before 2:00 PM, the polls close at 5:00 PM, so that anyone that waits to late will be on the liberal side.

Supposedly there is a full manual that has been distributed through the FSLN, among the members of the "Juntas Receptoras de Voto" (JRV), the Judges and political leaders. The manual has 7 recommendations to the compañer@s” of the FSLN, in order to win the elections at All Costs.

There will be 3 Electoral Police at each Voting Center, 1 outside, 1 at the door and 1 within the voting center, all of which will be selected by the FSLN party.

If a citizen comes to vote under the influence of alcohol or with a shirt or hat or other political propaganda of the FSLN, they will let this person pass and vote and if there are any fights or disorder they police will favor the FSLN.

The Voting centers will be open from 6AM till 5PM, all FSLN members should vote no later than 2PM any of those left at the poles after 5pm that can't vote will be of liberal votes.

Within the voting centers they have to do everything they can to annul a liberal vote, they are going to pay special attention to the liberal votes for any little thing, for example they can toss the vote if they do not put the secret code or if there is an extra mark on the paper or it is not signed.

There will be at least 10 CPC members outside of each voting center, ready to intervene at any incident that may occur.

If they notice that they are losing during the count they can "accidentally" damage the liberal votes so they do not count, making extra marks on them, damaging the actual ballot, or even spilling inc on them.

Some douche bag department head loaned it out to CSI Miami, and we haven't gotten it back.

Seriously, I would love to have a better copy of this. I'm busy right now, but will try to enhance it this afternoon. I notice a part of it is redacted. Hmmmm.

Years ago when the PRI ran Mexico people would show up at the ballot place at 8 AM. When they attempted to insert their ballot into the ballot box it would not go....the box was already full.
