I have a Peace Corps friend that is finishing up in March. He would like to stay in Nicaragua for a few more months before heading to Med School. Can anyone offer some advice on where he can find work?

Does he need to get paid, or just building up the resume?

He would be willing to work for food, and board. Being paid would obviously be a great benefit, but not a requirement. He has a BS in Biology, and has been working in the health sector for the last 26 months.

I may need a hand with some medical stuff. I'll let you know next week when I have a better idea what we're trying to accomplish.

For how long did you say? Does he have a firm date to leave?

I have tried it, that is something that needs training from young, which is why I make my boy's do it occasionally
