Last Wednesday I had a situation with a recent friend who thought he was having a heart attack.

Took him to the local hospital here in Puerto Cabezas and was told by American medical Techs herre doing volunteer work to go to MGA immediately and don't F#ck around, do it NOW......

So I e-mailed Mr. Julio Caballero and I only had met the man one time at Miskito Alan and Mari's sandwich shop.....

Naturaly I mentioned Alan's name in the e-mail.

I told him about the situation that needed attention fast.....

Within one or two minutes he got back to me...NO $HIT.....

Said to get a Dr.'s release that the victim could fly, and the two of us...the victim and his escort (me) would be on the next flight out.....

He contacted Noellia his manager here in Port, and it was DONE....

Julio, I publicly Thank You, and I am sorry for the inconvienance it may have caused others, I hope they understand.....

I fly La Costena almost weekly, the counter staff through out the system is great and Julio is a good man. The problem they have is that the demand for seats is far outstripping the supply. It will be a three ring circus in Semana Santa. Book now or forget your trip to the coast.
