Best guitar teacher in Nicaragua (in my opinion).

The guitar in this video is made by Antonio Silva (Nica guitar luthier/better than Zepeda). The top and back are made out of a 1920 Baldwin Hamilton Piano soundboard (Red Cedar) and the sides of Nica mahogany. The neck is also made of cedar and the inside parts. The fretboard is made out of Niambaro (not sure what it is called in English).

I hope you enjoy the videos. I'll be in Nica the whole summer and I'll be recording some more videos for him.

He only teaches at the moment, but once in a while he gets called to play somewhere (Private parties, reunions, etc...).

He has a very wide repertoire ranging from to Metallica to Bach to Nica Folklore.

I can read music, just not on the guitar. It's the only instrument I taught myself to play. I'll give him a call and see what's what.

They need him in North Carolina....They had to pass a law making it illegal to sing out of tune.......
