    Default Independence Day in Jinotepe

Went to town today to check on my TV and pick up some groceries and ran into a parade instead. Most shops were closed, so we went to a friend's house to watch the parade from his second story instead. Even the dogs in town were into watching the parade! (second pic)

Fun video. I took some today, so give me a few hours to put it together

Here's another, some kids in traditional dress. I would have posted earlier but hey, it's Monday night. I've been glued to the set for the past six hours (except when it came to making hot wings, por supuesto!)
