Thread: Guardabarranco, I think

    Default Guardabarranco, I think

    Took this picture in Ticuantepe the other day. My camera does not have that much of a zoom so I cropped the pictured and made it a bit larger for the purpose of putting it on the website.

    I don't see the long tail though?

    You got the right ID and I am outside right now so it is hard to see the tail, but no doubt on the bird.

    a guardabaranco for me has the long tail, so I had no idea what it was, and my daughter said that its a guardabaranco, so I took her word for it.

    I cropped it, enlarged it and added color to the tail feathers so you can see them.
