    Yota moves to Canada?

    Both are plausible (Waterloo or Toronto)

    Waterloo is awash in over qualified staff that have yet to physically pick up stakes and move to a larger job market, or commute to Toronto..

    Toronto is chalk full of Russian Mafi... Um er... Russian capitol purveyors ... and Engineers and such...
