Frans Van Hapert came from Ámsterdam, Holanda, to Nicaragua, loaded with ilussions and dreams. He began by investing U$2.7 million dollars in an installation for the Fabrication of Cigar Boxes, in Diriamba, Carazo.
One of his dreams was to start a factory as a model business, with Dutch social standards, but his illusions were destroyed by means of a supposed legal contrivance in a court of Diriamba, which ended up destroying his business.
