This has been going on for quite some time, I just found this graphic of the waters that are in dispute.

But I can personalY attest to the Hounduran Coast Guard, coming 7 miles south of the 15 lattude to "Attempt" to capture a legitimate Nicaraguan Vessel (ME) and was foiled because of my BIG DAM (and not the river kind) Mouth...LOL and ROFLMCO...
