What is this attributed to? CAFTA?

Or is simply everyone and everything leaving the country :D

The Technical Secretary of CNPE, Humberto Argüello, said that the impulse was created by the opening of doors of new markets. Such as the Asian Markets, CAFTA with the USA and accords with Eurpoean Union.
