Just a guess, hon, but I would say $100 max. That's having to buy the jaragua grass plus delivery, and any details I can't think of. All of the other products came off his piece of land, and how freakin' awesome is it that no one told him what he could or could not do with own his property?!

I'll tell ya what, my neighbor has one of them here for a picnic area beside his home, when Hurricane Felix came thru and was ripping off zinc of the house tops (Mine included) that "Popta" topped, I guess you could call it a gazebo suffered no damage at all and was right out in the open to receive the brunt of the force but it was a four sided roof....

DDT you can build you one as a "Starter Home" to camp out in while being your own "Contractor" for that dream home with a pool....

Mr. Steve did it from a Wal Mart tent.....

BTW have you put something in the way of "Improvements" on your lot, like a dug well, cement marking posts on the boundaries things that are unlikely to be stolen, and registered them? Oooops, registered the improvements....

I did a post a while ago about the Rancho construction and the cost per square meter. I have to dig it up.

Now keep in mind these prices are that of a designed and built rancho from a professional company, I am sure you can bring the price down some if you design it, and get laborers that know what they are doing.
